User Opt-In
User Opt In: The Program allows Users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting into the Program, such as through online or application-based enrollment forms. Regardless of the opt-in method you utilized to join the Program, you agree that this Agreement applies to your participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in, and you understand that consent to receive such autodialed or prerecorded marketing mobile messages is not required to make any purchase from Us. While you consent to receive messages sent using an autodialer, the foregoing shall not be interpreted to suggest or imply that any or all of Our mobile messages are sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (“ATDS” or “autodialer”). Message and data rates may apply. Slimmed Down Records (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers a mobile messaging program (“the Program”). By subscribing, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”), including binding individual arbitration as outlined below. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. You may receive a confirmation message. Other methods of opting out, such as verbal requests or alternate keywords, are not valid. Duty to Notify
If you change or discontinue your mobile number, you must opt out before doing so. Failure to notify us may result in responsibility for any messages sent to the new number’s owner. Program Description
Subscribers receive SMS or MMS messages related to product drops, events, music releases, and promotions from Slimmed Down Records. Cost and Frequency
Message and data rates may apply. Frequency of messages depends on user interaction but generally will not exceed four per month. Support

You must be at least 13 years old to participate. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. Disclaimer
The Program is provided “as is.” Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier, and we are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA). Arbitration will take place in Canada. Class actions are not permitted. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial.
